Eczema generally occurs in children between three months and 2 years old. It is frequently associated with stress. Eczema usually occurs in patches under the arm and behind the knee but in very young children there may be patches on the face and in the folds of the neck. The tighter the connective tissue within the skin the poorer the skin’s ability to function normally and the more likely the incidence of eczema.

TREATMENT

Various treatments with creams and medications exist obtainable both over the counter and on prescription. By reducing the tension in the skin with Connective Tissue Manipulation the circulation improves allowing the skin to behave normally thus relieving the eczema
